Rachel and I had a first yesterday! I walked and she rolled in the Human Race, a 5K event to raise funds for our local county charities. We had a fun time on a beautiful morning with lots of other people include many in superhero costumes. We were not sure if her wheelchair battery would do 3 miles straight but no problems. It was good to have such a great experience together and I am proud of her for getting out there and making it happen.
