I did some weeding late yesterday afternoon and this bee was having a wonderful time on the allium. What's NOT to like about alliums? When they are done blooming the dried heads are still so beautiful - like sparklers. I have giant Schuberti alliums (still coming up) that must be a foot across when they bloom and are exactly like sparklers. I look forward to seeing them bloom soon.
